Casa Karibe is a pure gem, indeed this elegant and luxurious Caribbean-style villa covers over 500m² and has been entirely designed by a renowned decorator. It’s spread across two floors within a private and secure gated community “La Norma”. Situated in the heart of Tamarindo, just 800 meters from the beaches, it can accommodate up to 10 people.

Upon entering the spacious foyer, you’ll be captivated by the grand Guanacaste wood staircase, a fully equipped kitchen with a wine cellar, a TV lounge, and a view of the pool and garden. Each room boasts its own unique decoration.

The staircase leads you to two immense master bedrooms with its own decoration. Each features a dressing room spanning over 50 m², king-size beds, and a terrace that invites relaxation with a suspended swing and lounge overseeing the pool and the canopy.

Outside, a large table encourages al fresco dining by the pool’s shade, while a roomy outdoor lounge beckons for leisure. There are three more master bedrooms (two with king-size beds and one with two single beds), each with a dressing room, separate entrance, and a covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden.

A poolside deck area is available for your relaxation, facing the house and shaded. The outdoor bar and kitchen are fitted with a large flat-top grill, and an outdoor shower adds to the house’s amenities.

For parking, there’s a closed garage for one car and a carport for two cars with direct access to the house.
